L.A.R.P.

As many of you probably have no idea what I am talking about, L.A.R.P. stands for "live action roll playing". If you're not smart enough to pick up on what that means, well,  the people who do it pretty much "pretend" to be elves and orcs and wizards and such. Really?! Most of the people who do this are older than 18 and have graduated college BUT still insist on spending hundreds of dollars on legit costumes just to prance around in a leotard and throw fairy dust at each other. Call me dumb, but i think it'd be more socially acceptable just to play dungeons and dragons or something, you know? Don't get me wrong, I love movies like The Lord of the Rings and Star Wars, but there is a point where i stop and realize "Hey, that's a movie- which usually means it isn't real and shouldn't be acted out in public.I actually saw this in a movie one time ( the name escapes me) and the way they represented it made it look epic. But from what I've seen it's nothing more than adults running around pretending to be something they're not. Newsflash! You're not in Narnia or Middle Earth, so act like it! Yeah, I understand that my opinions are probably a little harsh, but that's me! "Oh, but wait until you try it; you'll be hooked!" No, I think not. I go out with my friends and go bowling, or to a party or something. You know- normal stuff. The "lightning bolt" video was actually showed on my favorite show Tosh.0 and the main dude on the show interviewed the guy and we all found out that he was in the army! Makes me think twice about some things, you know? Hell, maybe Barack is a closet dwarf. Who knows these days?

P.S.- Sorry if i offend(ed) any one in any of my blogs; I am strongly opinionated and stubborn. 

Alright, so here's the deal about me. I plan to write about a lot of different types of stuff: stories, videos, stuff that pisses me off. (I apologize if thats unacceptable.)  My first week's writing is going to be about LARPing though; that's -live action roll playing. It's something that I just think is kind of funny.
